My wife and i purchased a 2013 attitide 27 ' toy hauler from orangewood rv this febuary. We took posesion of the unit a few weeks later. Due to work schedules and resposabilities we were unable to use it for quite some time. However we did like many people with a new tow woukd do we showed it off to everyone who came to the house.   One time in mid may 2013 i noticed that the kitchen sink was rusting, i took several pictures of the stainless steel sink and sent them to orangewood rv , as well as a few other items i now noticed after carefull inspection. I set the date todeliver the unit to them and waited a few weeks and did not hear from them. After speaking to Josh in service he stated that the manafacture will not pay for a sink that is rusting. After several calls back and forth between us , and them asking me to contact co tact Eclipse i we finally got the sink to be covered.    We now go into the waiting period for parts, my wife and i were able to make the time over the fourth of july weekend to use it and orangewood stated  it was no issue with any of the defects so we oicked it up and off we went. Great first trip with family and friends , with a few exceptions. After a few dats of using the bathroom sink it began to rust as well. Please note that both sinks are by description stainless steel. Also the bedroom window did not open.    Back to orangewood after pictures and emails... recieved a call this monday and all work is complete...well except that they will not cover the sink. I picked it up and please note i fully admit fault for not insisting on a walk through. You see i had surgery last friday and wanted to go home and back to bed to rest. It took one phone call and one emIl from me to Eclipse rv to get them to cover the sink. I feel as if orangewoid rv who recieved a large sum if money should represent thier clients a little better. So today excited about my sucess i went into the unit to put back some things i removed @ the kitchen sink and noticed a broken jig saw blade, and a large amount of saw dust under the sink, i also noticed that one of my heater lines was ripped in half and put back togather with the hvac duct tape but is is already seperated. When i called the service manager he went into defensive mode defending his tech. I must have cursed a few to many times because he sent me to Marks( owner) voice mail.   Left a message today and then found this web site.  I will send a emIl to marrk and everyone i can within orangewood rv. When i spoke tk Ecliose about reacing the sink i did state to them that i will frive this unit anywhere in the state except orangewood rv. I will stand firm on that i will also speak to my attourney concerning this j may stand od the corner with a sign expressing my thoughts on orangewood rv. I will definatly repost any updates.

I just recieved a call from mark the owner of orangewood rv. He is a very polite and sympathetic person. We had a cordial conversation concernig my rv. With a few days between my first report and the fact that he called in the first place has changed my mind on returning my rv to them. He has agredd to take care of any defects. I will call the service manager josh tomorrow morning to first appoligize and then to schedule a drop off time. I do want to note that i filed my first report while i was pissed off and had not given mark time to right a wrong. Thank you mark for calling.
