Hello,

We strongly, firmly refuse and disagree to all allegations, accusations oranum had made to-date. We several times communicated with oranum support team, staff on help@oranum.com, help@lalibcosupport.com and/or else with positive and constructive attitude, amicably,  friendly, spiritually for resolution and mutual beneficiary solutions on matter(s) with them, additionally we  reported unethical, unprofessional, abusing, threatening, violation, insulting, annoying behavior and conduct  of their psychics, support, admins etc. 

Support team and/or else was unable to resolve the matter(s) satisfactorily and continued to drag matter(s), email trails, hide facts, information, protecting psychic(s) etc; support team also tried to bribe us 10 free credits and wished us happy welcome back etc and tried to close the matter unethically. But we refused their 10 free credits offer and requested them lets discuss the facts and take corrective and preventive actions that are good for everyone, your business, community, members, customers, socially etc. But then they kept apologizing,  accusing, apologizing, accusing us all the time. We can not share our personal information and shall be kept confidential. If you think, find in limitations in taking forward this or else complaints please ignore, temper and delete and notify us on email only.

We are constructive people and want to cooperate constructively, as an individual it is part of our social responsibility to create and maintain better world, place to live happily for everyone. Love all serve all.

After Making several complaints, telling Oranum that i have a case with trading standerd's because they have breached the contract with themselves. They have also miss advertised their site a fair ammount (if you read their term's and conditions).

Oranum refused to give me 40.04 credit's on my account because they refuse to send me the money,  After adding credit's on to my account they then delete my account. even though iv'e done nothing wrong. Oranum then throw the fact that iv'e made 28 good reviews on the psychic's which is very childish, reviews mean nothing alot of people lie on them just so they don't hurt other's beleives or feeling's. Within the same breath oranum then told me iv'e made several complants and had more credit's then i should of done. So is this not saying something to you as a company? 

( so i'm in a simaler posotion) except oranum refuses to answer to me on here and i won't stop untill they do or untill i get my money back so please keep going :) you're just digging a bad name for you're self and employeer's. It's about time you owen up to what you have done as a company you have put me through deep dreppression.

As communicated earlier and this post, due to several, various reasons we disagree and refuse all your allegations, accusations etc; We are completely dissatisfied with your defective services, products, conduct, resolution, solution, misleading, misguiding and/or else communication to-date. We also doubt your, psychic(s), admins, support and/or else intentions on this matter(s)/else are highly suspicious and  carry hidden harming  motives against us and/or members. We several times requested you to provide us detailed logs since first complaint, details of expert(s) etc; which would have helped you and us to bring constructive improvements in-time. Since our first communication on this matter(s) you dragged the matter with various offers, excuses and reasons and contentiously annoyed, insulted, harass, torture, threaten and/or else us during activation and deactivation period and wasted our and your so much time, efforts resulting in unpleasant experiences for both and all parties. Your psychic(s), who complained, you know because, your team was monitoring (we are sure you must to be actively monitoring psychics for quality and/or else purpose and having data) several times threaten, abused, insulted and/or else  not only us, our family, but also country (ies), religions, castes, communities, other psychics and/or else. Kindly refer our communication since first communication on this matter(s). Anticipating the complete details, including your conduct on recent email communication on matter(s), to understand fully and satisfactorily, closure of matter(s) to mutual satisfaction and possible constructive improvements. Kindly note, due to various reasons, not limited to, dis-satisfactory response, solutions, chain and trial of dis-satisfactory communication and/or else we may or may not respond to all your posts here and/or else. Also, we do not any liability, assurance, guarantee and/or else to update you on email or else. Please keep checking updates here and/or else on this matter(s).
