When I ordered Jack Bosch's DVD set with a $300 gas card included. Guess what no actual gas card came in the mail. Some gas redemption voucher thing came where I have to spend $100 a month at a certain gas station, then save all my receipts, then send away for a $25 gift card.

This needs to be done EVERY month, and you have certain waiting times. TOTAL ridiculus. I read a $300.00 gas card included. Not some long drawn out process trying to claim the gas card that should have just arrived in the mail with the course. Contacting this company was also a big waste of time.

Gas Card Valid, plus other bonuses offered

This is Jack Bosch and I want to correct the Customer's statement.

We did sell a Powerful DVD Set of a live seminar for a vastly discounted price of $597.00
The live seminar itself cost $1997 to attend for anyone who did not already own my Home Study course and the DVD set was therefore priced at less than 35% of the live price.

Since then we have made the DVD set available for purchase at the original value of it which is $1997.

Therefore MR. Gilbert got a TREMENDOUS Deal.

In addition we offered a Gas Card valid up to $300 and this is a card which you need to send it to a Registration company and then once a month you get your Gas cost reimbursed up to the amount of $300 per year.

Mr. Gilbert mistakenly assumed this was a VISA or MASTER CARD GAS Credit Card.
At no time did I promise that this was such a card.

In addition it was a FREE bonus on top of the already severely discounted product price.

After Mr. Gilbert contacted us about his apparent misunderstanding a good 3 months had passed since his original order. We typically have a 30 day money back guarantee but his request was more than 60 days after even such a time frame. (order date was during Thanksgiving and his request came in in April of 2009)

We did offer Mr. Gilbert instead $300 worth of other products, including access to my Gold Membership Program for FREE for a extended time but none of this was acceptable to Mr. Gilbert.

At this time I feel I did offer Mr. Gilbert a GREAT Product at an Incredible Price, with a Gas Card that in deed has a $300 dollar value and in addition I offered him another $300 dollars worth of Bonuses to make up for his misunderstanding.

I am sorry to hear that Mr. Gilbert is so upset that he had to revert to file such a report, but I do have to ask him and all customers that they have to pay attention to what they order, and after they receive their order make sure it is what they wanted. He waited more than 90 days total until he expressed his concerns and now calls it a "Bait and Switch" is just not fair to me and my company and I hope I have set the record straight with this message.

Thanks,
Jack Bosch
