Orbit Leasing Would not accept payment from my wife while I was incarcerated. Now they are pursuing me for payment that they refused. Grand Rapids Michigan
I was making regular payments on a 2002 Buick Century. I was incarcerated. My wife tried to continue the payments while I was in prison and a Orbitz rep refused the payments saying that Orbits couldn't receive payments from a third party. Every payment made had my wife name on the check or the money order because she made most of the payments. Now Orbitz is trying to garnish me for a car that they have back and REFUSED the payments for.
