Complaint Review: Orbit Telecom Enhanced Services Billing Inc.

I have a charge on my SBC monthly phone statemnt of $14.95 for "ORBIT TELECOM VMAIL MNTHLY FEE" billed on behalf of Orbit Telecom, a service provided by Enhanced Services Billing Inc and I have no idea what it is for and how it got there or how to get rid of it. Why would a trustworthy company such as "SBC" allow such second-rate fraudulate billing companies to run thier "scams" on innocent SBC customers?
