i was fruadulantly charged 14.12 on my telephone bill by this company. i have never heard of this company before.

I phone the customer service number provided to me. I spoke with Leigh. She told him that I had signed up for home voice mail over the internet. I told her i already ready have home voice mail through my local telephone company and i have never even heard of this company before. She asked me what she wanted her to do with the account. I told I wanted it cancelled, she said it would be cancelled. I then asked for a confirmation number and she told me she would send me a confirmation e-mail. I am still waiting to see if this gets resolved.
