Complaint Review: ORBIT VAN LINES

Orbit Van Lines is a third party dispatcher they are not a real Van service. I hired them to take my furniture from NYC to Georgia, and when they arrived it was a totally different company Top Notch VAn lines. Top Notch was the company that picked up my furniture and charged me an extra 1700.00 for their services. Once my stuff arrived in Georgia, it was a totally different Van service from Miami. Was not Orbit Van Lines or Top Notch, some of my articles was missing and my computer desk was broke. I then went and took pictures of my space in the truck and it wasn't over 650 square feet, i was told by Top Notch that I was being charged an extra 1700.00 because i had 1200 square feet and was quoted for 642 square feet. Orbit Van Lines is a total RIP_OFF, and when I tried to contact the rep that helped me EMMA she would not get on the phone. I was told she was away from her desk everytime I called. I even had some of the dispatcher yell and scream at me after the got my money. Something needs to be done about this company, they should not be allowed to be in business with the way they treat people and RIP them OFF>
