Complaint Review: Orbit Vmail - Telecom - theuseful.com

Hi, im a local resident of New York City who uses verizon online services. Ive been using Verizon online service for a year and a half. Recently on my telephone bill there have been four miscellaneous charges and credits on my bill. From Orbit Vmail charging me $14.95 a month.

So i went to my phone company to see why I was being charged, they quoted " that it must have been a website that i visited that charges". So i ask my daughter did she visit any websites that charges, she stated no.

My daughter and I went on the internet and look up Orbit Vmail (this was listed under your website as a bad business company ripping off people). In my case i didnt not know why I was getting rip-off. I just recently recoverd from a mild stroke, so to me i though it was part of the phone and online services that I was paying.

On your website i got the phone number from other reports (888)296-3724, in which i called. They told me that my daughter accepted the charges. The only thing is that my daughter is under age. They also staed that she visited a website under orbit Vmail (theuseful.com) which was a LIE !!!

Im writing this report because I want authority to help further my cause or to help with an investigation against the business that I'am reporting and I would also like to have my money refunded the same way i paid them in money order form.
