Orbitz Doesn't Honor It's Lowest Rates Guarantee RIPOFF Internet

I used Orbitz to book a hotel room in Syracuse, NY back in January. The very same day I found the exact same room in the exact same hotel for a much lower price. I immediately sent an email to OrbitzSaverGuarantee@orbitz.com with the information just as they request it (including a screen shot of the website with the lower price).

I never heard back from them. I continued to send emails every couple of days. Still, no response.

I finally sent an email to OrbitzSaverGuarantee@orbitz.com and copied every email address that I could find on Orbitz's website. I have still never heard back from them.

By the way, the cheaper rate that I found was on the hotel's own website. I will never use Orbitz again and have told everyone that I know to avoid them also.

Orbitz must receive thousands of emails daily. You could probably get a quicker response by calling customer service and complaining about the lack of response to your emails.
