Orbitz is the worst online travel site Internet

 I recently booked international flights on orbitz. They allowed for a courtesy cancellation so not being sure of travel plans I canceled several times before finally booking. Website said fees 100% refundable but got charged $20.97 service charge each time which was never listed on original fees. I called customer service 3 times, wait >30 mins. Got disconnected twice, last time rep rude when I asked to speak to supervisor she hung up on me!

More important I booked my flights with confirmed seat assignments for my 8 y/o, wife and I. I recently checked my seat assignments and discovered they were wiped out. Now my daughter (8) is sitting by herself for an 8 hour international flight. Rep said nothing they can do about it since all seats now full.


I will never use Orbitz again!!!! Suggest you not use them either.
