ORBITZ Ripoff Overcharged My Account $235.00 for airline tickets North Dakota
I had purchased 2 tickets for my sister in law to fly from San Antonio to Los Angeles through Orbitz.com for America West Airline tickets. I purchased it on the net on Nov 12and received the confirmation page that I purchased 2 tickets for the amount of $247.50. I only pressed the purchase button once & printed out the confirmation page.
So orbitz &/or America West was only suppose to press purchase ticket twice instead IT SHOWS ON MY ACCOUNT THAT THEY PURCHASED IT 4 TIMES. That orbitz glitch made my account overdrawn & now I owe money to my bank. I would like this matter resolved ASAP. Jipped by Orbitz.
