Complaint Review: Orbitz Traveler Care

This company said they can give low rates on hotel reservations. Well, they charged me 40% on top of my hotel reservations bill. When I called to question them as to why, they came up with a really sorry reason for doing so. My room was to be $431.74.00 for the nights I had stayed as per the hotel, Orbitz charged me $537.18. Please beware of this company & it's so called great rates. Very upset, Shelly Cameron
