I had cancelled my Orchard Credit card over a year ago due to bogus or incorrect charges and didn't have the time to fight all the paperwork and games they played, so I paid the amount and was done with them.   I just recieved a bill from them on another charge to an account that was cancelled and getting a run around with Service Department.   The game they play is all these forms you need to fill out, but it takes them three weeks to send it (hoping you will forget about it), then when you send the form in, they will call you and state another form is being sent.  It takes three days for any mail in the United States to arrive at a home or business.  In addition, the people on phone will argue with you as I had told them the credit card was cancelled a year ago...and was informed well you credit card doesn't need to be active to get a charge....how craxy is this.   I am not going to back down on this and if requried will take it to court.  In addtion, I am sending a letter to District of Attorney as this practice can't be legal.

If Orchard Bank sends you something in the mail for a credit card......run away!!!!!!
