With these CRIMINALS, you'll NEVER PAY OFF even the smallest balance. even when you pay every month above and beyound the minamum payment due. The contract states PERIODIC MEMBERSHIP FEES, when in fact those fees are on EVERY SINGLE MONTH. PERIODIC DOES NOT MEAN EVERY MONTH. IT MEANS FROM TIME TO TIME. Agree to these fees when you accepted the card? If you used it, then you did.
And yes, periodic can mean monthly.
I'm not defending those fees, I think they are outrageous but nobody forced you to use the card.
Lastly, if you need to posta report in the future, I suggest that you just give the facts. Using volatile language by saying the bank "raped" you or that the bank is worse than a "rapper" or "Murderier" does nothing to help your credibility.
