At this point I am absolutely furious with this company! First, I received a late payment fee for not paying. However, the check cleared with my bank so you obviously received it. Now you are asking me to send a copy of the check (which I have) even though you are the ones that screwed up!!!

Secondly, I emailed customer service regarding this issue, I also made an online payment of $200.00 to avoid any other immediate problems. This brought my balance well below the limit, yet I was still assessed an overlimit fee.

Third, AFTER I emailed about the missing payment and made an online payment I still received, not one but three harassing phone calls. Even more atrocious, these calls were made to my home on a Sunday (a day banks are not even open to correct the so-called missed payments). Somehow, all three of these operators missed that I had already emailed customer service two days prior AND scheduled an online payment.

I do not appreciate being harassed for missed payments that were actually LOST by your company. I have heard of credit card companies creating erroneous charges to make money because most people don't really pay attention to their statement. From my research I have found that this is a very common scam done by this card and I am horrified.
