Complaint Review: Orchard Bank

The folks at Orchard Bank are crooks. I currently have two accounts which I have paid in full each month for over a year. I pay these accounts on line. Last month I inadvertently applied a payment to the wrong account resulting in a credit balance on one account and a past due amount on the other. These clowns have hit me with a $29.00 late charge. I call their customer service number (not toll free) and am left on hold for over 10 minutes. They make it nearly impossible to resolve issues.
