I ordered bizarro incense blend. I wasn't happy with what I got. I emailed their customer service reps and they explained the changes in herbal incense. They were more than willing to go above and beyond to meet my needs for satisfaction. They sent me some kratom extract samples and even gave me some cbd oil to try. Top notch service and a willingness to please. Im Very happy with my overall experience. I would definitely recommend them. The "incense " isn't what it used to be but for an all natural product, it wasn't too shabby either. Thank you osb!!
