OrGreenic "Bait and Switch" Fairfield, New Jersey
Although Orgreenic has a quality product their bait and switch sales tactics leave a bad taste. Instead of having a user friendly web site that lets you select their individual products individually before giving out any credit card information, they want all your information up front. After they have all your information their web site will send you down a confusing path that baits you all along the way. I later tried to purchase their ceramic knife by using their phone service because I thought talking to an individual would make things simpler, but after a lengthy conversation with someone that barely spoke English, I was denied the purchase of the knife because it was determined I needed buy a pan first. I already owned two pans, so I turned him down. Of course this determination was decided only after they got all my information first.
