They make it irresistible!!! After all, they will replace your cookware for a new one if it gets damaged, "even if it's your fault". That claim gives you a false sense of the quality of the product and the credibility of the company. When you receive your package and you read the "Lifetime Warranty", the story changes. Now they are talking about repairing it, and: the warranty doesn't cover the pan if you overheated it, or scratched it. My only consolation is that I was about to order the whole set of cookware, but decided to order one pan first as a try-out. Needless to say: They will never see another order from me, or from people I know.
