I should NEVER have listend to such a crook. I was advised to stay away from the pathetic moron but the lure and promises of good investments and easy money got to me. I have lost such a fortune staking large sums of money on his advice and have nothing left. It was only when I had invested money in his ventures and tried to get out after listening to stories about him that he started to lie, saying the money has alreadyy been spent on various investments etc. He ripped off some local company $40,000. When I investigated, I found not only was it true, but, he is the most hated man in business in Brevard county. He has been having a sexual relationship with Greta Collins, his secretary while his own wife was pregnant. He doesnt care who knows. The whole city of Cocoa Beach know about him sleeping with Greta Collins, who is also married and sleeping with 3 other men and a black guy. This is a very stark warning to ANYBODY thinking of doing business with Ori Tal, DONT. Just think first, thats all. Would you invest your hard earned money with a man that sleeps with his staff before, during and after his wifes pregnancy? Beware, this man is also a qualified Attorney and legally knows all the leagle ways to take your money and not give it back!

It's so ironic that a man, (if you want to call him a man) would get on this web site and make these misleading statements, allegations, and just total untruths about innocent people, who he has no proof whatsoever, under the umbrella of bad business practices when he owns a business himself.  He's either a moron or he's so obsessed with this innocent woman that it has completely clouded his thought patterns and he can't think past what his tiny small brain is stuck on!  I'm not going to mention the woman or the company that he maliciously attacked because when I post his booking photograph you will know who he is and who the other parties are, that I will keep anonymous in this report.  There is no way that I would do business with a person who would make such misleading allegations in the first place about innocent people nor would I let them in my business in fear that they may stalk one of my employees or customers.  When you live in a glass house you shouldn't throw stones, that's for sure.  This loser was arrested and charged with Aggravated Battery, violation of an order of protection (2 times), and resisting arrest.  He obviously has no respect for authority when he's ordered by a judge not to come near or contact the victim and he does anyway and then when the police come to serve an arrest warrant, he resists arrest.  Now I understand why he seems to have no respect for peoples privacies and posts photos of them and their families on this web site, let's see how he likes it.  Hopefully he has learned his lesson while sitting in a jail cell but I doubt it, but you are innocent until proven guilty.  Maybe he should have given the victims in this matter the same respect.  Anyhow I would be very cautious when dealing with this individual in the future, you might come to be the object of his obsession.

Posting of this response by Ori Tal (me)  ESO Equity Group, and Or Investments, LLC in no way waives the rights of either to pursue any cause of action against the author of the original comment and/or the Website. 




It is clear from reading the authors comment that posting had nothing to do with any business transactions with ESO Equity Group, Or Investments, LLC or me.  I believe I may know who the author is, and if I am correct, neither I nor ESO Equity Group has ever transacted any business whatsoever with him.  Neither ESO Equity Group nor myself market services to the general public, and investment with either is not available to the public.



The first six sentences of the authors posting, which are less than half of the posting, are general, unsubstantiated allegations.  The author not only maintains his own anonymity, but refers to an anonymous local company that was ripped off.  In case that does not sound credible, you can take the word of the author who claims he investigated and found out it was true.  I shouldnt say he, since like his name, he has not disclosed his gender




After the non-specific, unsubstantiated allegations, the author goes on to reveal his true problem.  He identifies a woman (whose name will not be repeated here out of respect for the privacy of her and her family) he alleges to be my secretary and states that: (1) I slept with her while my wife was pregnant; (2) the woman is also married; and (3) the woman is sleeping with 3 other men and a black guy, (I can only conclude this means the author does not consider a black guy to be a man).  The authors focus on who this woman is sleeping with demonstrates his obsession with this woman.  Anyone who honestly believed they had been ripped off and lost a fortune would have focused on specifics of how they were ripped off, how much they invested, and what they were told when they inquired, rather than focusing on the secretarys romantic life. 




Finally, I am not a qualified Attorney.  I am licensed to practice law in Israel, but not in the state of Florida or any other state in the U.S., nor do I practice law in the U.S.  I am also not an investment broker, and ESO Equity Group is not an investment brokerage.




The allegations contained in the authors posting are vigorously denied, and I hope the website will reconsider application of its policy against removing postings in this instance, where it is obvious that there is no actual consumer complaint, but rather some pretextual allegations used to take advantage of the website so that the author can publish slander anonymously.  More urgently, I hope the website will reconsider application of its policy where, as in this instance, the author has seen fit to publish pictures of my wife and child, who do not deserve this violation of their privacy.
