Complaint Review: Ori Van Lines

Avoid Ori Van Lines! The most disguised and terrible one I've ever met. I picked it because its Internet review rating is best, and the estimate sounded good. But it turns out Ori Van is lying during the estimate.

All the good stuff claimed during the estimate disappeared. Final charge doubled the estimated one. Material and service said to be free now cost huge! While we were in a hurry moving mode, the driver made us sign a contract that all the material cost !

When I complained to its customer service department, the office manager Lindy said everything they did are justifed, and even acknowledged it is ok that they are cheating with business. She said, "Sometimes the marketing people claimed that (in order) to get customers. But we charge you differently."

It seems obvious to me that Ori Van is also cheating with its Internet reviews. Its number of reviewers are far more than the other similar moving companies (360+ vs 100+). Large number of cheating reviews can bury true reviews, and drive the rating high. I only read a few of the reviews before the move, which I regret now. After being hurt, I spent some time to read more. I see many many other similar victims. Ori Van Lines have already cheated and hurt many other consumers
