 I'm not into the Marysville store and I bought a new rack n pinion, automatic clutch assembly kit, and a full set of ceramic brake pads for my 2002 BMW 325i. They didn't carry some parts so they ordered them from their Distribution Centre in Stockton, Ca. Before i could even take any of the parts out of the box my car was in an accident and totalled. When I took the parts back (still in the packaging and shrink wrapped in cellophane) they refused to let me return them because "they weren't bought locally".

I told him "yeah your the one who ordered them from Stockton and I paid you and i picked up the parts right here art this store". I was told to get should of the distribution center for my return, well few phone calls later in told that the store where i paid and picked them up its where i return them. So I went back in only to have the manager tell me there was nothing they could do.
