Recently my company, Saeculii YK (www.saeculii.com), identified a company based in China attempting to defraud consumers by claiming to be representing Saeculii YK employing Saeculii YK copyrighted material (Saeculii YK has a copyright registration pending with the United States Copyright Office).

The company operates under the names: Beijing Oriental Diligence Translation Service Co., Ltd; Oriental Diligence Translation Service Co., Ltd

The copyright material in question is hosted on the following web sites: http://www.bodt.com.cn/index_en.htm; http://www.deqinfy.com/index_en.htm; http://www.deqinfy.net/index_en.htm

This copyright material was lifted from the www.saeculii.com web site using the off-line browser software called Teleport Pro.
