Complaint Review: Origin3

Origin3 was full of promises in the beginning but failed to deliver a satisfactory or even a complete website. We became leery of making the final half of our payment because what we were seeing was templates and half measures on the mock up. We wanted to see more but Matt Jackson insisted the site would go no further so we acquiesced, big mistake on our part. At one point the conversation became so heated Matt Jackson even threatened to make a personal visit and threatened personal harm to my business partner. Nice fellow that Matt.

At this point, we are like the others with an incomplete site and no hope of a refund. I have learned my lesson and will never seek web related services located out of my city. Fly by nights are a dime a dozen and stealing thousands on the internet, buy local.

I don't see a return on my money or satisfaction in the form of completion by Origin3, they are finished and will pop up under another name and continue, that's life.

Lesson learned Do not trust a company without a physical address you cannot visit.
