Complaint Review: Origin3 Web Design

Well, I'll throw my hat in to the complaints on Origin3 Web Design.

I paid $760.00 several months ago to Origin3 for a simple brochure site. No flash, bells, or whistles. I received it and was satisfied, after a few months of phone calls, and finally mailing "Dustin" all of my past correspondences and dates to him that I'd had with Origin3 in the past. They were slow I'd say.

I also have paid them $300.00 for a logo I've never received. Again, hard to get ahold of anyone or a message to my web designer was never answered.

I paid sweet little Lyndsey $30.00 through my debit card several weeks ago to design a few lines of sales copy for a business card. I tried calling Origin3 today at their 800 number and also their regular line number listed on their website, and got an operator's voice message saying that the number has been temporarily disconnected or no longer in use.

I fear they've either gone bankrupt, been shut down, or have simply gone out of business. Just hope the owners haven't skipped the country.

If anyone knows anything about this or whether a class action suit is being considered, please contact me. I'd like to be part of it.
