I ordered a keyless opener from OriginalKeyless.com on Jan. 2nd. My credit card was charged on Jan. 7th, and I got an email saying USPS had been notified by Original Keyless to expect a shipment that same day. (It was supposed to be sent first class, so I expected it to arrive within a few days.)

When the keychain still had not arrived 2 weeks later, I began emailing about it. They sent back nonsensical replies about USPS not updating tracking until after the item arrived, just to keep waiting. When the item finally arrived on Jan. 28th, it came with no instructions. Also, the shipping info with it showed that it had not even been delivered to USPS for shipping until the 26th! Long after I'd inquired and they claimed it was shipped already! That's 20 days after they charged my card, which I believe is illegal - they're not supposed to charge you until it has shipped.

I contacted Original Keyless again, telling them I got no instructions, and they just said "it is the second sheet" (which was blank). At this point, I emailed 3 times asking for an RMA (per their website) to get a refund, and also filled out the "Contact Us" form on their website asking for a refund. They have never responded. They are SCAMMERS! I AM SO ANGRY!
