I ordered a remote for my Toyota. Their online add referred to the item for sale in "like new/new/excellent condition". The item they shipped was filthy - the case was cracked - and had been so heavily worn that the factory texture in the plastic had been polished smooth. I tried to call to obtain a replacement - after all, there must have been a mistake with shipping. The message when you call refers you send them an email - which I did. I expressed my concern with the item shipped as compared to what was described in their email. Their response was to send return instructions. Ok - fine. So I returned the item. I checked back with my credit card company only to discover that they credited back 15% less than the purchase price - with no explanation or email from the company. Email requests to the company have been ignored. If the item had been fairly represented - I wouldn't have purchased. Had I researched their online history - I wouldn't have purchased - a process I normally do for larger purchases. Shop with them at your own risk.
