Complaint Review: Original Keyless

Purchased a remote keyless entry unit for my car.  The programming instructions did not work.  I took the unit and my vehicle to my dealer and they confirmed the remote unit I had received was the wrong one.  I returned the unit to Original Keyless, properly packaged via US mail with a copy of my dealer repair order on which it was stated, "wrong key", and asked for a refund.  No response after e-mails and phone calls.
