Complaint Review: Original Keyless

on 06/04/08 i ordered a pair of Sienna keyless remotes. on 06/10/08 I received an email stating my order was shipped and my credit card was billed. after waiting three weeks I started sending original keyless emails and leaving messages on their unattended phone number requesting status of my order--they kept saying they shipped them but the usps had no record of them ever being shipped. After about a month, I received no more correspondence of any kind.

I checked with USPS and do not show a status update for your original shipment.
Please reply back and let us know if the address we have on file is correct for a replacement shipment:

In the event that 2 packages are received we simply request you mark the 2nd package as RETURN TO SENDER and drop it back in the mail to us.

On 8/5/08, after another month of no contact, I contacted my credit card company to dispute the charge, sent them my documentation and they issued me a refund.

My experiences mirror almost exactly the scenarios from other reports on this site.
