1. It took six weeks for my order to arrive.
2. They say their products are new, like new, or excellent, but I received a VERY USED product . . . the leather strap to the key was deteriorating so badly that i would have to get a new one right away just to attach it to my keyring.
I have written to their customer service numerous times about how to return the order but have not gotten a response. I'm reporting this as fraud to my credit card company.
