Complaint Review: original keyless

This company is a scam and i made the mistake in not checking on this company before buying from this company. First they sent me a keyless entry remote for my car, and it didnt work. So i returned it and asked them for a refund. I waited for about two weeks and i got nothing, so i tried calling but could not get anyone on the phone. I emailed so many times and it would take almost a week for those pricks to reply. They kept saying they didnt get the return.

 I sent them in the mail the receipt that shows the package was sent to them, and that it did arrive. They still denied ever getting anything. Then i threatened to report them, and when i was checking my email a message came from them. It was around 11:30pm saying that we didnt find your package, even though the receipt say they have it. So i replied, and they replied two minutes later. So we had a conversation around midnight disputing my return. Understand that it was close to midnight and these idiots are responding to my emails.

 I then told them i was going to take my complaints to websites so people a can see. Then this loser sends a website saying the BBB is fraudulent. Also that the other sites are biased. Then heres the kicker, i sent him two websites showing all the complains and then suddenly i get the returned message error from hotmail. Basically you get this message when the either the email address is wrong or deleted. I mean just like that their email doesnt work. The place is a scam and thieves.
