I placed an order for a remote for my daughters car that she got for christmas on Dec 28, 2008 I have never received it! I emailed them saying I want my money back and I still haven't heard from them. I am going to dispute it with my cc company. I did get one email back saying that they are sorry for not receiving it yet and sent me a link to go to read about how they handle there shipments... I am so disappointed..
