Orlando fort lauderdale Vacations ripoff Lauderdale Florida
I got a letter by the mail saying that i won a 1600$ worth on a vacation and to call them in 24 hours so I did. Then the woman was telling me about the trip and the prices and payments option.
After that she ask me if I wanted it but i had to pay 349$ us right away. I told her that I could not do that because my credit card was almost maxed so she told me that I could pay it in 6 payments for 6 months so I accepted and gave her my credit card number . 2 weeks later my credit card is charged 500 and something and I had a minimum payment of 500+ to pay and i have a wife and three kids at home. So I had to borrow money to pay the credit card. Now the only thing I have is a lot of paper and a video cassette and no phone number that I could call to speak to the person in charge of this mess.

Deny that charge!

Call your credit card company immediatly and deny that charge. They can not authorize a payment to a company that made a charge falsely! Unless it is a bad credit card company like providian, they wont charge you anything. Then file a police report for credit card abuse on that company. You obviously didnt sign anything, and any "recordings" they might have ought to say that you agreed on the 350$ over a period of 6 months. They wont contest it to much, cuz if they do then you have phone numbers on how to actually cash in on the vacation itself.
Good luck!
