I purchased 'e-tickets' to Disney and received no tickets via email.  I called customer service and was told that I have to pick the tickets up at the Orlando Box Office.  I told her this is not what i purchased, only for her to smuggly state multiple times to read the terms and conditions (the fine print) and that there was nothing that they would do to assist me with my problem.  I asked for a refund to which they denied and again refused to assist me to resolve my complaint.  The tickets clearly stated that they were 'e-tickets' and thus, this company is blatantly misleading potential purchasers.  This is clearly a violation of truth in marketing laws, regardless of what their terms and conditions state.
