I had done my research on 2 vehicles and one was at Orlando Hyundai, I went in on a Saturday and spent 7 hours there, I was preapproved and had a blank check if I wanted a car.

I met with Claude Simard and then when I didn't get the deal I wanted, I started to leave and then the finance manager came out, we went back and fourth for an hour, and I wanted to leave, so they brought out the manager of the finance manager who then proceeded to tell me that they have great leanders that will give me a better interest rate and then I could get a lower payment, I finally told them they and only they could run my credit but no one else. they said oh you have excellent credit and we will get you a 3% interest rate.

When I went back to see Sam Hadid to sign paperwork, he had me sign finance papers and I thought it was strange since there was no name of the finance company on the report, he assured me they would send me the paperwork. The weekend went by and the middle of the next week they told me that I wasn't approved due to bankruptcy that was 7 years ago, and I have had 3 auto loans since and never was late on payment. I thought that was strange, but that maybe with the economy the way it is that maybe it was true, so I said I would bring the car back after work, when I got there they ussured me back to Sam's office where he said he got me financed at a better rate 7.74% 60 months, after walking out of there I realized they had listed the wrong price of the vehicle that I was buying and the charged me $3000.00 more than the price that was originally agreed upon. I have the email at the price they told me the first time. When I confronted them about it, they said too bad. I am now seeking an attorney to help me with this..

Stay clear of them, they are rip off artist.

Blame Them For Your Failure!

All this comes from your admission....

You signed a contract with blanks...you didn't know who was or if anyone was doing the financing.

You apparrently realized after the fact of the $3000 extra. Did you read the contract before you signed it?

You were there for SEVEN hours! It doesn't take SEVEN hours to buy a car. They saw you as an easy mark with a "just have to have that car attitude" and kept you there to wear you down and you went along with it!

Now you seek an attorney. An attorney for what? You signed a contract that you apparently didn't read! They have your signature on the contract which means "I have agreed to the terms".

At this juncture, you'll probably be all upset with me because I didn't tell you what you want to hear. Maybe your attorney will also enlighten you about the mistakes you made in this deal. Get mad at him, too! Then go out and do it again!
