Ouc customers are being ripped off by having to pay $4.95 speedpay company hired and supported by Ouc which is on top of your bill.
It is also my honest and strong opion that selected customers are marked or labeled for verbal abuse and treated unfairly with the utmost amount of disregard to respect.
It is also my opion that if Ouc collects a portion of every users bill to assist in hardship or the disadvantaged randomly.
Than every one should have access to these asistance without using other screening process that was used to get this founds.
Another rip off!
