I am an attractive successful woman in my 30's. At that point in my life where I am ready to be married to my "Mr right". Although I came across a lot of men who were interested in me, they just did not have the calibre I was looking for. Match.com did not cut it for me and I had exhausted my other resources like being set up by friends.
Hitting a point of hopelessness and frustration, I decided to try high end matchmaking services. Google introduced me to "Orly the Matchmaker". I flew from Chicago to LA for our initial meeting. Orly demanded a 5000 dollar deposit just to meet me for one hour. Orly seemed really nice and sweet. We signed a matchmaking contract during that meeting for 25,000 dollars. She kept the 5000 as a deposit. The contract clearly stated that I had the option to cancel within 3 days at no cost.
I planned on moving forward on my contract with Orly and sending her the balance of 20,000. Unfortunately, my father got hospitalized the next day. And his medical bills took precedence over Orly. I canceled my contract in writing with Orly within the 3 day timeline. I also requested her to refund my 5000 dollar deposit. Stating I would like to use her services in the future once my father had recovered.
To my surprise, my request to Orly was met with threats to sue me for 100,000, blame and fould language. Orly threatened to post my personal information online. She threatened to sue me in court. She said I owed her the entire 25,000 for 5 phone calls, 5 pictures and one hour of her time!! Can you believe that ? ORLY IS A FRAUD. She will take your money and screw you over. She is OUT OF INTEGRITY and doesnt even honor a contract she signs.
She claims to be a millionnaire, but is fighting me over my 5000 dollar refund.
PLEASE HELP ME GET MY $ 5000 BACK FROM HER. I am open to class action / any lawyers who would like to help. If you have also been a victim to Orly, please contact me at (((email redacted)))

Update on my complaint against Orly -
I never thought my quest for love would sweep me off my feet into the tornado of cyber slander and then drop me on the rock road of Ripoff.
Anyways, I am happy to state that Orly and I had a heart to heart conversation. We have resolved our differences. We both realize that a fight between friends should never be taken online and we deeply regret the slanderous remarks made towards each other. Orly's matchmaking services speak for themselves and Orly has been featured in the Guinness book. I would like to thank Orly for offering her matchmaking services to me.

Orly, stop this nonsense. You have no right to publish anybody's personal information and violate their privacy. If you do not remove my personal information by Monday 17 December, I will sue you in court for it. Moreso, your retaliation is only based on anger issues. I fail to understand why you are so upset?just because I decided in not doing business with you? I thought you were a big girl and could deal with rejection. But i guess not. As I said, if you do not take down my Information, you will hear from my lawyer. And maybe see your family's personal information posted on this site.
Posting your client's information seems to be your "modus operandi " - you have adopted the same practices with other clients who have also filed rip off reports against you. I wish I would have believed those reports and never contacted you. Anyways, I have learnt my lesson and lost 5000 dollars. I do believe in "KARMA ". wait and watch. This is going to be fun!
