We bought a Low G Centrifuge from Oro Industries, after Ric the salesman ask if we wanted 10% off for cash, we refused (sounded weird) he informed us he couldn't deliever, so we drove 800 miles to pick it up. We recieved no training, or instructions. They shut the door on us, and we left. After hooking it up and it didn't work and many phone calls they flew a tech (who is the grandson) and sent the same size motor down so after two days he admitted it was defective. We asked for our money back and Paul the owner, informed me that he is not giving us our money back and that he only made a minor mistake and refuses to give us our money back. They are a RIP OFF. We even offered to transport it back to him, and he still would not refund the money. There machines do not work. Beware of their false advertising "If you can pan it, we can catch it". IT CAN"T CATCH SH*T.

#2REBUTTAL Individual responds

This is a completely one sided report by an individual who is angry.
I do not understand what is weird about offering a 10% discount for cash, we offer this to all our USA clients.
We at Oro Industries deliver equipment all over the world and did not say "we can not deliver"
This client chose to pick it up themselves.
We sent a tech to repair an issue with the machine and then we received a call from client saying he didn't want the machine and was sending it back and have his check ready.
We have made offers to send people to the site and train them at no cost which so far have been refused.
The machine was repaired and is working properly the client just needs training on proper operation.
Oro Industries stands behind our equipment and are making attempts to either set it up right or re sell it for them.
