I had three of my Rolex watches sent out for overhaul and cleaning. They held my watches for over two months and wouldnt return my phone call. I had to call mall security to have the issue resolved. When I finally received my watches back I took them to a 3rd party jewelry store to confirm the work I was overcharged for. The work I was billed for was never performed! The back of the watches were never tightened properly and were left very loose, if any water would have came into contact with the watches they would have rusted the movement and destroyed the watches. Do not use this store for any repairs!

I would not recommend anyone to use this place to repair your watch! Unless you want to wait months to get your property back from Orologio of the short hills mall from owner Ron Oppenheimer. Avoid at all cost!

Please note that the prior response was meant for another report. Here is the correct response:

Dante- I am sorry your brief employment with us did not work out for you. As you know, we perform thousands of watch repairs a year, on the finest timepieces, and our many repeat customers attest to that fact. We have been creating satisfied customers for close to seventeen years at the same location. All work on your watches was done by a trained professional using original parts, and was performed as promised. We even honored your employee discount even though you had left our employ before the extensive work was completed. We also provided you with a one year warranty on all the work we did, of which you were welcome to avail yourself, if there was any problem. You and I both inspected your watches carefully before you paid for the repair work done and took them with you. They ran fine and looked great. And, as noted here, each one came with a one year warranty to cover any problems you may have encountered.

As a store specializing in watch sales and service for close to seventeen years we pride ourselves on our good service. We have one of the finest watchmakers in the industry and service more than three thousand watches a year.

I wish we had more info on this so we could follow up. I understand that this individual was unhappy that the repair took six months. Unfortunately, when a repair takes this long it is usually due to unavailability of parts. If the manufacturer is waiting for those parts to come in from Switzerland or elsewhere, all we can do is wait, and try to communicate our customer's frustration.

If this individual would like to get in touch we will do our best to make this up to them in the future.
