Incident = I purchased 2-2010 Toyota Camrys in August of 2009. At 4,926 miles on 10/12/2009 we brought the 2010 Toyota Camry SE in to Orr Toyota for a transmission slipping problem and service. They said there was nothing wrong with the transmission-they change the engine oil but didnot change the cartridge filter. On 12/15/2009 at 10,235 miles we brought the Toyota back in because the transmission was still slipping and engine oil service-once again they didnot change the oil cartridge filter nor could they find the problem with the transmission. On 02/02/2010 at 14,705 miles-we brought the Toyota to Orr Toyota-- transmission still slipping-still they did not repair and the passenger side front door hinges top and bottom cracking. They kept the car and sent it out to a local body shop-we were told it was repaired-but it was not-On 02/18/2010-brought Toyota back to Orr Toyota because hinges on passenger side front door still cracked-never replaced hinges-I had taken pictures from original problem. THey sent the car off again to their local body shop-only this time when we got the car back-the hinges still not fixed and the door had been reworked with bondo-we found this out when we tried to place a magnet on this part of the door. Now at this point they will not do anything. We are extremely dissatisfied and it is pitiful when someone buys 2 cars and 1 is good and the other has problems and they will not stand behind their vehicles. Damage Resulting = I purchased a brand new car that has a documented transmission problem since the very beginning of ownership and a documented problem on the driver front door that has now escalated due to Bondo being used. This has caused not only lost hours of work trying to get this resolved but lost value in a vehicle if I wanted to trade it in. All we have asked for since the beginning is to have the transmission shift properly and the door to be repaired properly.
