Complaint Review: Ortho Advance Laboratories

 Ortho Advance Laboratories have accepted a charge to my credit card account for the product Step-Ups.com, a shoe lift insert product that they do not sale or have any knowledge of such product, but will have no issues charging your credit card regardless. Although, both Ortho Advance Laboratories and Step-Ups .com share the same post office address and mail box at 11432 South St. #367  Cerritos Ca. 90703, the only difference is their web sites?

The Step-Up product was ordered throught their web site at Step-Ups.com on 9/10/2013, full price with shipping for $28.90. The charge was accepted on 9/12/2013 by Ortho Advance Laboratories and posted on my credit card monthly statement for September 2013.

 I recieved a conformation email with an order number and congratulations for the purchase on 9/10/2013. The product should have arrived between 7- 10 working days of purchase order. I live 10 miles from the mail box advertised on Step-Ups.com web site. Contacted Stepups Support at admin@step-ups on 9/23/2013 that my order had not been received. They provided a USPS tracking label number to track the product through their web site. Contacted USPS and they informed me that some venders will provide a shipping label and not deliver the actual product for shipping. I understood that this a tactic to get purchasers of their back.

Contacted my credit card company to dispute the transaction and was relieved to know the would handle the situation and I would not be liable for the charges.

Long Story short, it's my opinion that Step-Ups .com and Ortho Advance Laboratories are conspiring together to rip off consumers who purchase this product on line. Please stay away from these thieves! Identical products can be purchased through Amazon. com with confidence.

P.S. Ortho Advance Laboratories on line center is answered by represenatives in India. Go figure........
