ortho atlanta Dr. Brian Morgan and Scott Lontz, P.A Most rude, Arrogant Physician's Assistant in the country--Liar Liar pants on fire Johns creek Georgia
I saw Scott Lontz on 3 different occassions. First for my knee and I thought maybe he was having a bad day because he barely even spoke to me and hurried out the room. My second visit was for my hands both with symptoms of rhuematoid arthritis. Once again, a 30 second visit, a brace and see ya later.
Then yesterday I went to see him due to the burning and pain in my joints which has gotten a lot worse. This man comes in the room, looks at my hand and ask where it was numb and I told him all ove to which he yelled at me that I neede to specifically pin point the area. So I looked him straight in the eye and ask him was he just a rude person or an arrogant p***k. He only said I should have nerve studies done gave me a quote of almost 3000.00, knowing full well that I have no insurance and was paying cash. So the nurse handed me the bill paper and I ask to see the office manager.
I was put in another seat and waited and when no one came for me I walked out the door and as I was walking in the door of my house the office manager called and wanted to discuss me not paying the bill and boy did we discuss it and to top it off the lying sack of s**t wrote on his notes that I refused meds, a steroid shot, and x-rays. Never one time did this bald face liar offer me any of those options. He was only in the room with me about 1 minute. There was not even time for him to mention these options. Don't use Ortho Atlanta for any orthopedic health issues because I was expected to pay 179.00 for 1 minute with a rude, arrogant p***k who lied about what he offered me.. Never again!

Hi folks, my name is Michelle and I have been a patient of OrthoAtlanta for years. I have seen, Scott Lontz PA to Dr. Brian Morgan(both for my knee surgery and a fractured ankle and then hardware removal), Dr Lichtenfeld and Razia Shareef his PA, for my neck. and back. Unfortunately for me, ONLY orthopedic wise, I have been a frequent flyer at this practice.
I will say, that when it comes to Scott Lontz, PA to Dr Morgan, he posses a less than desirable bed side manner. I agree to this point with the prior poster. He used to be much nicer, but seems to have changed in the last couple years. Maybe he is unhappy with his job or life? One can only speculate...Dr Brian Morgan, on the other hand, is a great guy and surgeon.He has fixed me twice and was great with all dynamics of: explanation pre-surgical, performing my surgeries, and follow up treatment. Furthermore, I have seen Dr William Lichtenfeld and Razia Shareef, his PA for years, trying to avoid surgery, and they are an awesome pain management team. I really could not be happier than these two :)
This group of professionals/the practice, are out to help you with all your orthopedic needs. Its a shame to let one bad apple ruin the bucket. I would suggest to avoid Scott Lontz, and consider the practice for your needs, as they are great, and work with their patients to help them recover from their orthopedic problems.
