On Feb 17th on a very Rainy day against my better judgement to deliver our newly purchased I COMFORT temperpedic the Manager Zaman
Insisted All would be fine!! Unfortunately that was not the case instead Yesterday on 4-1-14 as I lifted up the mattress to vacuum & clean
Under the bed We noticed a Mildew stain a foot long in width & more then a Foot in length the stain is located on the underlying portion of the mattress which was lying on the box spring. The lower portion that meets with the box spring is blackening & moist to the touch & smells of mildew!!! I immediately contacted Ortho with this urgent concern & in hopes of some consideration & understanding & possible return for our approx 1 1/2 month old $ 1500.oo matress & instead I was treated with a lack of responsibility on their part & even Laughed @ by some supervisor named Linda & also told by Her today on 4-2-14 that its not ttheir problem & we probably Wet it ourselves!! Im a single Mom of Four children & spent my income tax money on this supposedly 25yr warranty Bed & Now Im the proud owner of a black molding NON WARRANTIED piece of trash!!!! Which now explains why Me & My fiance have been feeling under the weather :(
Please if anyone can assist my situation I would be forever grateful!!

First your "story" cannot be bought. ALL matresses are wrapped in plastic to protect them from dust and moisture. Even ones they deliver to you. Second, your matress would have been dry LONG AGO. This means that your water damages are a RECENT event. Someone in your own home spilled something on it and has caused this. Third, aint science GRAND!!!! Simple hydrodynamics states that the cohesive bonds on water DO NOT last long when in a dry enviroment. Laymans terms.......Exposed to air water tends to evaporate VERY quickly. Meaning that there is NO POSSIBLE way for your matress to be displaying black mold UNLESS it was COMPLETLY SATURATED!!!! Since it was delivered to YOU wrapped in plastic, logic tells us all that there was no way for what YOU have said happend TO happen.
YOU KNOW that someone in the house did this. Which is why you went through such a effort to tell your story online. You are hopeing to embarrass them into giving you your way. Odds are that since you KNEW this wasnt their fault and they were NOT going to do as you want because even THEY said the same thing to you. You see we are creatures of communication. Even when we write we tell more then we TRULY know that we are telling. So when you wroye THIS.....

This tells me one of two things. Either you REALLY couldnt afford the matress and you are looking for a way to get that money back. Or that you know that someone in your own home caused this but cant stand the mold so you make up stuff in order to get your way. Its the "Consideration and Understanding". If this WAS their fault, you wouldnt NEED consideration OR understanding. It would BE THEIR fault. You wouldnt NEED any undderstanding.
You can STOP playing the victim. The web has matured and gotten smarter then YOU know. YOUR story is fabricated and you know it and everyone who reads your story will know its false.
