We purchased a mattress in Sept 2010 and less then two years later it was sagging. We purchasd a floor model for $1000.00 so we were not too concerned until now 2 1/2 years from buying this mattress it is completely unusable. (huge craters in the mattress you fall into)
We first went to Ortho Mattress in Moorpark where we purchased to try to keep business local and they said, well it was a $2000.00 mattress and you got it for a grand. Then we called the main number 888-499-6784, advised its too bad since not warranty on floor model. Nothing more then that and said they do not stand behind their product.
I understand I paid $1000.00 but not even usable in less then 3 years and offered no help. We clearly are in process of purchasing a new matress and will never ever ever spend our money there.
I urge people to never buy Ortho, waste of money and the own company could not saw they stood behind their product.
