Considering that treatment cannot be fully completed until I receive my retaiuner, it makes ZERO business or ethical sense to deny treatment durring this time when I have made every effort to resolve my balance.

Office staff has refused to take my calls, emails or mesages over months. Only after wrinting a review on social media did they magically find the time to call within hours to propose I pay $200 to have the appliances removed. Make sure you call the OFFICE ITSELF NOT THEIR TOLL FREE SALES number for all of their locations to ensure that you can communicate with these guys.
