Complaint Review: Orthodox Auto Company

I had a horrible experience with these people. After my car was stolen, it was towed to this place by order of the police department. First of all, the car was found with all the windows rolled down, according to the police report. When I found it on their lot, all of the windows were rolled UP. That was my first clue.

I checked the car, dead battery. I wondered how they rolled my power windows up with the battery dead. Then they made me stay with the car until a tow truck came to take my car to the mechanic. They wouldn't let me pay and leave, letting the truck come and just get my car.

THEN, my mechanic shows me the professional job that someone has done removing my catalytic converter. It was clearly done by Orthodox towing, as the police concluded that my car had been stolen by kids and taken for a joyride. They STEAL YOUR PARTS. This is criminal and must be exposed. They victimized me after I had already been victimized by car thieves and an uncooperative Philadelphia Police Department.
