I received a collection notice from OSI a few days ago for an alleged emergency room visit for my daughter. The date of service is NINE YEARS before she was even born.

Now I have to pull my credit reports and possibly file disputes AND drag my two young children to the post office to stand in line to send a certified mail to these yo-yos.

Can zombie debt collectors be sued for filing false collections?

If they have reported to the credit bureaus, send debt validation disputes to all the 3 credit bureaus. don't bother dealing directly with this company. you'll get no where.
