OSI, Collections I have a similar problem to others with company Jacksonville Florida
I checked my credit report recently and found a new item for an "emergency" room visit that never happened! I disputed the claim, and was denied. This charge of $200 is still on my credit reports, and OSI is responsible. I NEVER received a bill for any visit, because there WASN'T a visit. Also, I have always had insurance.
Recently, OSI has started leaving automated messages on my phone. I never answer the phone, apparently this is the right thing to do. I am sending a certified letter to the company, and I also am going to attempt to have this removed from my credit report. I am very angry about this: how can a collection service do this?
