OSI Collections Repeated threats to 'go legal' Atlanta Georgia
I have received numerous telephone calls from these people where I work, after having been told not to contact me at my place of employment. They repeatedly tell me they are not a collection agency and say they work directly for Sears and Capital One and also repeatedly tell me they are going to 'go legal' with my account unless I make a payment by a certain date and time which always come and go and more calls are made to me with more threats of 'going legal'.
I have told them I am making arrangements with my local municipal court to assign a trustee to me to accept payments from me who in turn will pay my creditors, preventing them from attaching my wages and OSI tells me that cannot be done, yet, the court says it can. I cannot wait to finalize my arrangements with my trustee to make my pay debt payments to them. I wanted to let people aware of the low life tactics these OSI people use.

Municipal court?

What you are describing sounds a lot like Chp 13 BK, not a trustee program with the courts.
I'm not sure that a municipal court could enforce jurisdiction with a credit card company out of South Dakota or Delaware by mandating that they accept payments from the court.
