OSKY Blue Jon Kendall Took Money and Did NOT Provide Service Frisco Texas
OSKY Blue, Jon Kendall, took my money and did not provide the service he promised! OSKY Blue, Jon Kendall, was contracted to provide SEO, Search Engine Optimation for my company. He ran my credit card for $1,750.00, then never did the work. I kept getting the same old, "We are working on it" One week goes by, nothing......Two weeks goes by, nothing.....Three weeks goes by, nothing. I sent an email to the company to cancel all business with OSKY Blue. I recieved a response from an employee stating that,"I completely understand, we could not perform the work because of my web host provider (Go Daddy). I asked for a refund, and again she stated, "I understand completely." Weeks went by, and no refund. I contacted Jon Kendall and he stated that no refund will be given.
NEVER, EVER do business with Jon Kendall, owner of OSKY Blue
To this day, I cannot find my own website.

I am now hearing from several companies and people that Jon Kendall and Osky Blue have ripped off. Beware! This company is writing their own reviews and deleting the many bad reviews for the company. They are liars and thieves! Do not do business with this company.

If everything Jon Kendall with Osky Blue says is true, then why can't I find my own company? He is stealing honest, hardworking people's money. He damaged my company, and he will damage your company as well. NEVER GIVE (DONATE) YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY TO JON KENDALL WITH OSKY BLUE.

For the last five years I have worked hard to build an excellent reputation. Because of that, and the phenominal work provided to our clients by my dedicated staff, we currently have a five star google rating:

Mr. Lowder, of ALRS Business Solutions, and my company entered into an agreement for facebook ads ($650), google place set up ($1100), SEO page optimization ($300 per page), and ongoing SEO management ($750).
Unfortunately, he created his website using a very basic system that does not allow for built in blogs. Because of this it would not have helped him from a digital marketing perspective for my team to add a blog to his site and optimize for SEO. It was possible, but not in his best interest and could even have been detrimental to his ranking.
Our staff operates with the highest level of integrity and would not continue to provide services that we knew would be detrimental to a client's online presence. We did complete the keyword search research for him and he was quite happy with it as documented in his response to the report he received wihtin 8 days of signing a contract: http://www.screencast.com/t/NPVzIftn
On May 5th, less than three weeks after engaging our services, Mr. Lowder sent a request to cancel all services and request a refund. My staff always responds to unhappy clients with empathy and professionalism. Their response was understanding that we could not in good faith complete the SEO service becuase of the poor development of his original site. Mr. Lowder was charged only for the services provided above, which did not include the keyword research that would have been part of SEO services, even though that work was completed. The total was $1750.
After numerous emails, texts, and phone calls that included threatening language and profanity, I offered Mr. Lowder a refund of a portion of the services that exceeded our hard costs. He refused and chose to dispute the card transaction by misinforming his credit card company with the statement that "no services were received." Today, after my team produced documentationon of the delivery of the services outlined above (and more detailed documentation including communications and the services agreement), Osky Blue was awarded the charge by the credit card company.
Within an hour of receiving the notification of chargeback dispute resolution from the credit card company, I began receiving more threatening and profane voicemails and emails.
